Hi, I’m Judi Cranston. This week on Mindset Magic I wanted to talk to you about how to get started with your success habits.
So if you’re right at the beginning and you’re not sure what to do, I want you to take a little bit of time. Go into your bedroom or somewhere quiet and take a few deep breaths. I like to breathe into my heart space, so put your hand on your heart and take a couple beautiful deep breaths and have a think about how you’d like your life to look in two years time.
Take these deep breaths, I like to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. How do you want your life to look a couple years down the line? What’s going to make you feel really good? This is the start of you setting some goals.
I like to set goals in quite a few areas of my life. If one of these is popping for you, I’d like you to take note. I like to set goals in:
and my fun!
Are any of those areas popping for you? Write it down and think about what you want.
I want you to think limitless. If you could say “I am limitless” in any area of your life, what would that look like for you? I’ve been using the “I am limitless” mantra and it has really taken me to some great places. So first we need to get into the space where we feel like anything is possible. What is it that you really want, but are too scared to think that it’s possible? It’s time to start making some juicy goals.
Now we’re thinking about juicy things, we’re making some big goals and then we need to write them down. It’s really important that you write your goals down.
So “I want to be a rock star!”, “I want to write songs!”, “I want to make a CD!, “I want to run a marathon!”, “I want to have an amazing business that makes a profit of $100,000 a year!”
Get into that space of what you want. Write your goals down.
Secondly, start to support that with some daily, easy strategies. I really love using the “I am” sentence. If you’re that rock star, that marathon runner, that successful business owner, how would that feel? What would you like to be to support that? What words would support that?
“I want to be healthy and fit”?
“I want to exercise”?
My personal “I am(s)” are that I am healthy, I am fit and I feel fabulous. See how simple that is? Take your goal and support it with some “I am(s)”!
My third thing is that you need to get into that “vibe-y” state. You need to find things that make you feel like that is happening, even if it isn’t happening.
How is that marathon runner going to feel when he finishes the race? Close your eyes and get in to that feeling space, and if you can combine that with your I am(s) with your goal, then what you are doing is supporting that feeling and vibrating that feeling outwards. Once you start vibrating that feeling, that’s when juicy things are going to start to come your way.
If that all sounds scary, just remember that I didn’t get like this on my own. I didn’t spend ten years doing all of this stuff by myself.
I’ve worked with a lot of people, I’ve read a lot of books, listened to a lot of podcasts and I’ve tried plenty of things that didn’t work. We all need help, we all need someone to help lift us up that mountain where we’ve been stuck. Don’t forget that needing help is not a bad thing. In fact, it is showing courage, because you are showing people that you are not perfect and you do need others to help you.
Get your goals, get your affirmations, get your help and you’ll start seeing that things will get going in your business and in your life.
So that concludes my success habit strategy for beginners 101.
But before I finish, I just wanted to remind you that you are amazing, we are all amazing.
So repeat after me: “I am AMAZING!”
Thanks! See you later!
