Today, we’re talking about the missing ingredients in your mindset habits.
I know a lot of you are doing mindset practice on a daily/weekly basis and getting lots of things out of it.
These are three things that I often see are missing in a mindset practice:
*** 1. Getting into the FEELING space of what you want to achieve in your life. ***
Really digging down deep into feeling how it would feel if you achieved your goals… How it would feel if you are in that space of abundance, success… Really getting into that zone and maybe you are not quite sure how to do that.
Tip: Pretend you’ve got a movie ticket on the movie ticket is something that you’d like in your life.
Close your eyes… Take your movie ticket along to the movies…
You sit down and watch the movie in front of you.
Just get into that feeling of what the movie would look like.
That’s what some people called ‘visualisation’ but I call it GOING TO THE MOVIES.
You can take your popcorn too.
*** 2. Having FUN ***
I fundamentally believe that JOY and HAPPINESS is why we are here. If you’re not having fun on a daily basis, then something is missing.
Tip: Make sure you put some fun into your mindset strategies.
Why not set the timer on your clock for 11:11 and dance around like crazy doing star jumps?
Why not try and raise your vibe in crazy ways?
Are you too busy for two minutes of happiness?
*** 3. Taking ACTION ***
Unfortunately, sitting around saying mantras and affirmations, efformations, tapping, journaling, and anything else you can think of is NOT going to make a single change in your world if you don’t start taking actions.
Tip: Make sure you have a way of taking baby steps everyday towards your goals and to make changes in your AMAZING life!
