It is well known that success in life lies first and foremost in our mind. So to make big changes in your life you need to make BIG changes in your mind as well as taking action! But if the idea of 1 on 1 coaching sounds a wee bit scary to you then consider coming on a  journey with me.


I will be your mindset manager, your accountability buddy and your habits trainer.

The term coach also means a private tutor who gives extra teaching and that is what I would love to do for you.


Ideally you will want to focus on Mindset, Accountability and Habits (MAH sessions)

You will be wanting more fun in your mindset work
You will love to sing and use music to help change your vibe
You will have time in your life to make small changes
You will be prepared to use 10 -15 minutes most days to do this

You will be excited about looking at these 3 areas in your life:

Goals -revisiting those long forgotten dreams and goals that just are not happening. We choose any area of your life (family, relationships, health, fitness, career, business, learning, spirituality, fun and adventure).

We then set up easy practical success habits that work for YOU! That you can start implementing on a daily basis and that you are excited about. These habits will make positive changes in your mindset.

Then I hold you accountable by weekly or fortnightly sessions where we look at what has happened , what works for you, what needs tweaking and what we are going to do moving forward.

Changing the way you think can’t happen over night so my MAH sessions are held over a minimum of  3 months with either weekly or fortnightly catch ups via skype or zoom.
